- Where is my package? After placing your order, it takes on average 1 to 3 business days to process your order and 8 to 12 business days before your order is delivered in the UK. If these deadlines are exceeded, please contact our customer service.
- Where can I find my tracking code? As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also check your junk mail, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.
- How can I track my order? You can track your order with the tracking number you received by email. Complete the tracking on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery. You can do it on this page.
